When she started her career, she did freelance work for Glamour, afterwards she decided she needed a modeling agent. She then went to see Eileen Ford at Ford Models, who told her that she was too big to model. Later Eileen Ford changed her mind and called her back. Not only is Beverly a fashion model, she is also a successful business woman, with her own Wig, Eyewear, and Hair Care Companies.
